首先,大家對選用的電池容量和與本人設(shè)計和選用的線路板的有效容量沒有認(rèn)真的計算和明晰的認(rèn)識,目前大家所選用的電池(不論是CR18505S/M,還是ER18505S/M),是缺乏以支撐目前的智能水表(主要指IC卡預(yù)付費水表)正常工作6+1年的(普通只能運用2年至3年),只是大家貪圖這種電池廉價而已。有的人辯白說他們所運用的電池有的運用了8年依然沒問題,我們倒想問一問這些廠家,你們又怎樣曉得這個電池8年都在正常工作呢(鋰氬電池在不工作的狀態(tài)下,10年以上依然有90%的電都是正常的)?同時,為什么不去想一下,大量的電池為什么又只能用2年到3年呢?

再者,目前很多廠家都用少量的涂膠方法對執(zhí)行器的防護,我們權(quán)且不談目前大局部廠家所運用的膠是多孔膠(譬如704膠),基本防不住空氣中水分和氧氣的進(jìn)入。就從涂膠的效果來看,由于存在其不平均性等要素,這種辦法也是防不住空氣中水分和氧氣的進(jìn)入的。一旦有空氣中水分和氧氣進(jìn)入執(zhí)行器內(nèi)部,其內(nèi)的金屬(銅件和鐵件)件就會被腐蝕生銹,從而影響執(zhí)行器的正常工作。對防護而言,做不好的防護還不如不做,假如不做,遇到枯燥的氣候,被防護的器件四周還能夠是枯燥的(
